  • Stress management can either make or break your body’s ability to adapt to the training stimulus you are under as an athlete. Without proper stress management you may end up injured or unable to reach peak performance. I provide my athletes with holistic stress management plans that address their mind, body, and spirit using tools such as meditation, self-reiki, yoga, myofascial release, journaling, breathwork, visualization, and more.

  • The mind is one of the most important aspects of being a well-rounded, high performing athlete. Through mental performance coaching, athlete’s can learn how to harness the power of their mind to enhance their performance both on and off the field. In mental performance coaching, we address limiting beliefs, self-doubt, fear, goals, and much more. We learn how to use holistic tools such as reframing thoughts, using positive self-talk, journaling, meditation, and more to manage stress, build self-trust, and confidence.
